Come for a day of snorkeling, great food, and friends.
This November we will take the two hour drive out of Orange County to travel to the beautiful Joshua Tree.
Location: We will be camping at a local campsite (address TBD) We will be hiking and climbing inside the park or Indian Cove depending on conditions.
Itinerary
Friday: we have space for a few families to spend the night Friday night if you do not want to have to leave early in the morning Saturday.

Climbing - Any families interested in climbing will have an opportunity. We will try to organize a hike for those that do not wish to climb.
Other activities - We have an opportunity to participate in horseback riding or archery for those interested.

The Newport Beach Boat Parade is a yearly tradition. Enjoy this holiday event with your friends at OC Pathfinders. Join us on beautiful Lido Isalnd and wave to the party goers as you enjoy warm beverages.
We have reserved a group campsite at San Clemente State Beach. This is one of the best winter campsites you can get. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking, enjoy beach play and a great campfire experience along the shores of Orange County.
We will be camping on the street at Colorado Blvd on New Years Even. This will give us a front row spot for the Tournament of Roses parade.
Join in this family tradition. Stay up until midnight playing board games and enjoying the festive environment. Camp right on the street, then wake up and get ready for a front row seat to the world famous Rose Parade.
We will take an early tram up to the top of San Jacinto. After a short hike we will setup a small camp, make some hot lunch and beverages. Then, play until we drop. Make snowmen, snow angels, and throw snow balls. All in the middle of a pristine wilderness.

We will take two hour drive up to Big Bear. Equip our show shoes, and head down Cougar Crest Trail. We wil lmake a stop for lunch. Then return back to our cars. If there is interest we can all eat Italian food at Saucey Mommas before we head back down.
Join us for your first time backpacking. This kid friendly trip is only 1 mile downhill and a great way to get some local adventure.
Complete with saloon, jail, and other amenities. This trip will offer fun, survival skills, and climbing in Joshua Tree National Park

Depart from Dana Point Harbor. Chase schools of Calico bass down the coast of the Orange County. Take home your catch and cook it for dinner with butter and avocado.
Eat real Navy chow in a real mess hall. Get a tour through differnt areas led by the best docents I have ever seen. At night go up on the flight deck and sit in planes and helicopters.
